DISPUTE INVOLVING CAMBIOTICS, THESE TERMS, OR OUR PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING A
WAIVER TO BRING ANY CLAIM UNDER A CLASS ACTION OR TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR OUR
SERVICES.

This website is operated by Cambiotics ApS (including its representatives, affiliates, and
subsidiaries, “Cambiotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout this website
(https://cambiotics.com/) (the “Site”), these terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern
your access to and use of the Site and any applications, content, subscriptions, or services
made available by Cambiotics (collectively, “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms without
modification. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Site or Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, browsers, members, partners,
and contributors of content.
Please note that personal information collected on the Site or through our Services is
handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Other terms may apply to specific Cambiotics surveys, campaigns, or promotions; please
refer to such terms where applicable.
You must be at least 18 years old to use or access the Site or Services. You agree to use the
Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

General Conditions

Terms. The Site and Services are provided “as-is,” and Cambiotics makes no guarantees
regarding availability, functionality, or security. We are not responsible for any loss, deletion,
or failure to store any user communications or settings.
Use of Site, Content, and Proprietary Rights
The Site contains various content and functionality, including information, services, tools,
and resources (“Resources”). All Site Content (including user interfaces, software, text,
images, and other materials) is provided solely for individual, non-commercial use.
You agree not to use the Site or its content for commercial purposes without express written

Cambiotics retains all rights, title, and interest in the Site Content, including copyrights,
trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, except for third-party
content with explicit permission.
No license or rights to use trademarks, service marks, logos, or software on the Site are
granted unless explicitly stated.
You may download, copy, or print pages from the Site only for personal, non-commercial
use. Such use does not transfer any ownership rights.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Site
without our written consent.
License from Cambiotics
Cambiotics grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access
and use the Site for personal purposes.
If you reproduce or redistribute any Site Content, you must explicitly attribute Cambiotics as
the source and obtain prior written consent.
Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
in connection with your use of the Site;
Use or access the Site (i) from any jurisdiction where such use is not authorized, (ii) for any
unlawful purpose, or (iii) in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws,
regulations, or rules;
Use the Site to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or
discriminate against any individual or group based on gender, sexual orientation, religion,
ethnicity, race, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, modify, translate, or attempt to derive the source
code of any software or other components of the Site;
Distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful computer code or
files through the Site;
Use scrapers, robots, spiders, crawlers, or any other automated data gathering or extraction
tools not expressly authorized by Cambiotics on or through the Site. Furthermore, you agree
not to use the Site or its content with any generative AI system or solution;
Access or use the Site or Site Content via automated, mechanical, programmatic, robotic,
scripted, or any other means not explicitly permitted by Cambiotics;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users’ accounts, computer systems, or
networks connected to the Site, including via hacking, password mining, or other illicit
means;
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual
property or author attribution contained on or within the Site or Site Content. You agree not
to disable, bypass, or circumvent any security or digital rights management features
employed on the Site;
Upload or provide to the Site any personal information of third parties that you are not
authorized to share, or use the Site to collect or track personal information of others without
their consent;
Provide any content, data, or information to Cambiotics through the Site that contains
viruses, malicious code, or that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful,
or otherwise objectionable;
Use the Site or Site Content in any way that suggests you are an official representative,
agent, or spokesperson of Cambiotics without express prior authorization;
Use the Site or Site Content as a platform or foundation to develop external applications,
services, websites, or any other functionalities without prior written consent from
Cambiotics;
Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, or other
rights of Cambiotics or any third party.
Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site or Site Content, Cambiotics’ or
any third party’s systems used to host the Site, or other equipment or networks used to
provide the Site or Site Content;
Communicate the Site Content to the public, provide or make available any links, URLs, or
otherwise grant access (other than a “bookmark” from a web browser) to the Site or any
part thereof;
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the security features of the Site or any host, network,
or account related thereto;
Use any application programming interface (API) or other automated method to access the
Site or Site Content without Cambiotics’ express authorization;
Fail to use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized license, access, sale,
transfer, lease, transmission, distribution, or disclosure of the Site or Site Content;
Allow any individual to use any account credentials (e.g., user ID, password, access keys)
issued or selected by Cambiotics for anyone other than the authorized account holder;
Access or attempt to access Site resources by any means other than those provided by
Cambiotics;
Cause damage to Cambiotics’ business, reputation, employees, members, facilities, or to any
other person or legal entity;
Use the Site or Site Content in any manner exceeding the scope of use granted by these
Terms; or
Attempt, assist, or permit any person to engage in any of the acts described in this Section 4.
Any violation of these Terms may result in Cambiotics revoking your license or access to the
Site or Site Content, without prior notice or liability. Cambiotics reserves the right to refuse,
restrict, terminate, or discontinue your access, and will not be liable for any such
modification or discontinuance.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
Cambiotics regularly updates the products and services described on the Site. While we
strive to provide accurate information, there may be delays or errors in updates,
descriptions, or availability. Information on the Site may be incomplete, outdated, or
inaccurate.
Cambiotics reserves the right to change or update information and correct errors,
inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

The Site may contain links or content from third parties that are not affiliated with
Cambiotics. We do not control or endorse these third-party websites or content, and we are
not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or any damages resulting from your interaction

services should be directed to the third party.
User Comments, Feedback, and Other Personal Information and Submissions
The Site may include features allowing users to submit comments, feedback, reviews, or
other content (“User Submissions”). You are solely responsible for the content you provide.
By submitting User Submissions, you grant Cambiotics and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty
free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish,
distribute, display, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your
submissions for any purpose, including commercial and marketing uses, without further
notice or compensation to you.
Cambiotics does not claim ownership of User Submissions but may monitor, edit, or remove
content at its discretion if it deems submissions unlawful, offensive, defamatory, abusive,
obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
You represent and warrant that your User Submissions:
Do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
Are not libelous, unlawful, abusive, or obscene;
Do not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code.
If you provide personal information about others, you confirm you have their authorization
to share it and allow Cambiotics to use it per these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You may not submit false information or impersonate others. Cambiotics is not responsible
for the accuracy or legality of User Submissions and assumes no liability for them.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cambiotics harmless from any claims or damages arising
from:
Your violation of the Terms or law
Your infringement of third-party rights
Use of the Site or Services by you or anyone using your account
Disputes involving you and third parties related to the Site
Any negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct by you
Cambiotics can take over the defense of any such claim at its own expense, and you must
cooperate.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Arbitration; Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
Disputes (except arbitration cases) are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New
York County, New York.
You waive rights to remove or transfer cases elsewhere.
Attempts must be made to resolve disputes informally before lawsuits or arbitration.
Most disputes are resolved through binding, confidential arbitration under JAMS rules.
Arbitration can be in New York, online, by phone, or in your state.
Class actions and jury trials are waived: disputes must be individual, not class or
representative.
Cambiotics may consolidate arbitration if 5+ people bring related claims, handled by a
retired judge.
Severability
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part is severed but the rest remains
fully valid.
Control of the Site; Modification of Terms; Termination
Cambiotics may modify or discontinue the Site or Services at any time without notice.
Your obligations before termination survive termination.
Cambiotics may terminate your access immediately for suspected violations.
Terms can change anytime; material changes will be posted on the Site.
Disputes are resolved under the Terms version in effect when the dispute arose.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and related policies are the complete agreement between you and Cambiotics.
Past agreements or communications, oral or written, are superseded.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
